ok, he has now officially taken Pelfrey's start. His slider has been looking good and thats 7 solid starts, b/w AAA and the majors. If you're in need of pitching he might not be a bad option. Especially since he's on a strong team like the Mets.

Another very nice game for Sosa. That makes 3 straight wins agaisnt Arizona-Waukee-Chicago. Oh yeah, he made it through with an under 2era and under 1whip.
He is now 7-0 with MLB/AAA combined this year.

People do get down on Karabell alot but I listened to his advice to pick him up before his first start and sosa has been a tremendous boost to my staff. I have been paying attention and watching the mets games on mlb.tv. So far, jorge looks very solid. I would grab him in every format.

I started him last night and he looked pretty solid. Hopefully he can keep it up, because if he can pitch decently enough to remain in the rotation, he should get his share of Ws.

Drop Tank.. Gregg is the closer now and Owens will keep it once he returns next week. Sosa might not be woth anything though. He is pitching really well right now but who knows. Id drop Tank for him though.
