Bad Use of Veto

I'm in a 5x5 ESPN Fantasy Baseball Rostisserie League.

I made a trade with the league manager:
I give up: Curtis Granderson, OF, Detroit
They give up: Grady Sizemore, OF, Cleveland

He accepted the trade but vetoed it later after rethinking it. If someone else was the LM I would understand, but I don't have the luxury of vetoing a trade after accepting it and he does. Do you think this an unfair use of veto?

noone in the right mind would do that trade.. siezemore is one of the primere players in the MLB

he may have accidently it ACCEPT or something

if he vetoed it a couple minutes after he accepted then he proably clicked it accidently

Sketchy use of the veto since it's his own trade, but that's not even close to a fair trade.

I think it's not a fair move, but I think the issue here that's being raised is this..

The commish accepted the trade then used his commish power to pull it after changing his mind about doing the trade.

If that is the only issue at hand then the trade has to run the course of protest etc and be allowed if it passes muster.

Exactly. If he already accepted and then went back and vetoed it, that's bogus. It's a bogus trade in the first place, but if there were no objections, it should go through, right?

That's what I say. The trade should not get killed just because the commish accepted and changed their mind (unless it was say 30 minutes later and they didn't mean to accept).

Now if it passes muster with the league, it may be lopsided but that's what can happen.

Right, it should get killed for 1000 other reasons all of which are terriffic.
