Bailey might be up soon, but my question is will he be that great/good right from the beginning?
ive seen some not so good projections for him with an ERA above 4.

i also dont think Gallardo will come up aslong as Villanueva is pitching well out of the bullpen. he himself had some great numbers in the minors and has pitched well out of the bullpen. i think he should/would get the first chance if any of the Brewers pitchers get replaced.

Jon Lester could return soon, but what type of numbers will he put up? he was good last year in June/July, but then wasnt good in August. was that anything to do with him being sick? and therefore one should expect numbers more long the lines of his first 2 months? ..or was that because the league was catching up with him and that when he does return he might not be as effective as he was when he first came up? maybe its worth picking up Lester and putting him in my DL spot?

Andrew Miller(DET) is currently in the yahoo list, but Adam Miller(CLEV) is not. ive seen that Detroit could be looking for pitching, yet i dont see Millers name mentioned. is that because they feel hes not ready?

im wondering myself if since Bailey is allready in the yahoo list wheather i should add him in my custom league(deep benches) ..but im not sure because if he comes up and isnt expected to be that good, would he be worth having? and maybe instead i should go after someone else.

I really like Slowey's minor league peripherals and major league potential. I am hoping he gets the call over Garza and Baker.

I keep sayin it, but I really dont think Bailey's coming up this year. Maybe as a September call up at most.

Bailey hasn't been that dominate this year. He has some command issues that need to be worked on. He's been fortunate to keep his ERA under 2 but he's definitely not out-classing triple A like Lincecum.

Barring a collapse from sowers or carmona and/or another injury, Adam Miller is unlikely to join the Indians rotation in 07, especially considering Carmona's recent success.
