The Yankees rotation went from putrid to dominant in a week.
i wouldnt quite say dominant. wang, mussina, and pettite are certainly not dominating and the verdict is still out on hughes.
Wang was 19-6 last year, and Pettitte has been one of the most dominant starting pitchers in MLB the last 2 second halves, combined the 2 halves he was 18-6 with about a 2.35 ERA, 204 IP with 177 Ks...Mussina is not dominant, but he is still above average IMO.....Wang and Pettitte are certainly debatable.....

Well, dominant or not, adding Clemens cannot hurt your rotation...

having a perfect game through 7 against a fairly decent hitting team in Seattle is domination in my books

Hmm Wang finished 2nd in AL Cy Young voting last year and won 19 games. If that isn't dominating what is?

I am the proud owner of Hughes, Clemens, and Mussina. I can only imagine what a guy like Clemens will do for the Clubhouse and for a young guy like Hughes. I really liked Hughes before, now I Really, Really like him. This is a glorious day for all of Yankeedom!
