I wish I was in your league then. I can't even begin to explain how little respect Hardy gets when it comes to trading in my league.

I totally agree.

Hardy will have zero trouble making the allstar team if he continues to lead the nl (or be second or whatever) in homers on the best team in baseball.

As far as trade value, Hardy's should be low - his production is unexpected. Yes, he could be a Chase Utley level player at the plate, but I can only think of one batter on my roster that I would trade for him, and that man is a reserve baseball player.

His yahoo o-rank was bumped up to 38 overall. So there's some respect.

Looking at the latest trades on yahoo,

May 15, Hardy for Jeter
May 14, Hardy for Penny
May 13, Hardy for Maglio
May 13, Hardy for Brandon Phillips
May 13, Hardy for Sheffield
May 12, Hardy for Zambrano
May 12, Hardy for V-Mart
May 12, Hardy for Tejada and Ivan Rodriguez

And for some laughs,

Hardy and Youkilis for David Ortiz and Lugo
Hardy and Jenkins for Wright, Sexson and Cameron
Hardy and Delmon Young for Ichiro and Tejada
Hardy and Granderson for Beltran

I don't think he's worth that much, but then again, I don't play Yahoo public.

Well if he can hit a HR off of Cole Hamels, I'm going to sy that he is for real. ;-7

Too bad it took me so long to believe, I dropped him when Figgins came off the DL and another guy got him off waivers, at this point I laughed at him for using his waiver on someone who would fizzle out. Looks like I'm wrong. !+)

Why would you wish that? You should be taking him away from his owner for a piece of t.p.
