My team is terrible right now but id like to get some brutally honest comments as to what it looks like for the future. Both team and farm Club.
What weaknesses(positions and cats) do I need to improve on etc...
Who r my definite players to cut if I need to.(Not much on WW right now though.

Your offense is young and full of potnetial. In 3 years when Gordon/Young/Lind/Loney/Jones all have FT gigs it could be a good one. I like it. I'm less enthused about your pitching behind Cain and eventually Garza though.

I think its pretty good for a 20teamer
Your farm team is not bad. You have two guys in Miller and Humber who could become stars along with Barton, West, and Hunter that could definitely help you out as well. Your wildcard is Guzman as he has big time power potential, just a matter of whether he can put it together.
Infield from C - 3B is excellent
OF is weak right now though CBYoung has good upside speed wise and a bit of pop(30-30 potential). The farm team has some solid OF prospects so u should be ok.
Bottom line though u need to upgrade your HRs & RBIs
SPs - U have a solid foundation with Cain, Pelfry, garza & miller(But it will take a while b4 they put it all together). Do not start Penn right away. He was rated highly at one time but now To me hes just another prospect like GFloyd until he proves differently. I really dont have much hope for him though.
UBALDO JIMENEZ has a good arm & Kept pace with Felix Hernandez until he came down with a stress fracture in his shoulder in 2004. That ofcourse isnt to say he'll be as good as him though.
PHumber on the farm also has solid upside.
RPs - terrible right now! Forget closers right now.(Trade Cordero & Gagne if u can)Svs r only 1 cat. besides U can always grab one every year(See AReyes). Good Holds guys r much cheaper & plentiful. Just look for ones that give u also Ks era & Whip. Mastny & Bruney are a solid start but dont miss out on the next (most likely were) FAs like Okajima, Accardo or Tsao. Until then Tinker with this for a bit.
Id concentrate mainly on your offence now. People will come calling for Cordero & Gagne eventually & even Marquis if he keeps it up..
Oh and your farm club is very good for a 20teamer.
Just traded BButler, BWood & JLoney for Mark Teixeira, Ryan Theriot & Renyel Pinto in a DYNASTY LEAGUE. Big gamble I know!

Did you draft this team?? Who did you get in the First few rounds??
Is pushing for President Obama to pass a law requiring all citizens to be Chicago White Sox fans and make October 1st "White Sox Day" where we all dress as our favorite player. It maybe socialist, but I don't care.
Thats my team, ive drafted 1-Ramirez 2-Cano 3-Figgins 4-Cain, tx to Paul who created this thread to help me. My idea was to secure a young and fast infield. But i dont know baseball a lot, im more into hockey, so for sure, i didnt got the best draft of all.

It's a 20 teamer
But still. Cano in the first 40 picks?? Hanley in the first 20?? Hanley should be anywhere from 35-45 while Cano much later. Same with Figgins.
