Help my team, PLEASE!

What moves would you make to imrove this team? There are a few big name injured closers on FA (Ryan, Gagne, Dotel), closers-in-waiting (F. Cabrera, Accardo, Capps), SPs (Escobar, C. Lee, D. Bush), and some "hot" bats (Pence, Victorino, Hardy, Doumit, Willingham).

no DL spots. we have 16 active spots and 5 bench.

I think Mora is droppable. 3rd base is extremely deep, and Wright is a stud, and Mora is past his prime by now.
I think the best player of the group is D. Bush. He has a good Whip, good K rate, and ive watched his games and hes just gotten flat-out unlucky, fwiw. As an added bonus, hes on a great hitting team and gets the occasional CG, which is really nice in H2H.
Of the hitters, Willingham is the best option, in terms of proven ability.

thanks rotosteve. some things have changed: i dropped mora for jj hardy, and damon for victorino. i also have waivers for gagne (dropping uggla) and rolen (dropping renteria). hate to drop those guys outright, but i think/hope the moves make my team better.
