She won't last a day. This is going to be great. She deserves to go to jail too with all the crap she's been pulling lately with her DUIs.

Of course, they are probably sending her to some weak jail and will protect her just because she's a celebrity.

Funny thing is she hasn't even done anything to gain celebrity status. She's not a movie star, she's not anything... just an extremely rich and privileged girl that everyone loves to follow for some reason. I wonder how she'll fare inside :-b

I just hope they don't win the appeal. She deserves far worse, considering she was putting others in danger with her recklessness. Look at what happened to Hancock just a few days ago? Do you really think placing her in jail is a waste of taxpayers money, Mrs. Hilton? Honestly, Paris' mother has no sense of reality based on her comments about this whole thing being a joke. Paris' lawyer isn't too far behind. Ludicrous? What's really ludicrous is that they think she's above the law. Any normal person might have gotten worse and they're complaining that she's getting 45 days? You must be joking. Josh Hancock dies from the same sort of stupidity and they have the balls to call this a joke? I hope she has a life changing experience in there. Perhaps they can lock her up with a bunch of Joan Jett lookalikes who will beat her up just for being a debutante. I'd love to see how she fares when all is said and done.
