The thought of a veto would never remotely enter my mind for this trade. My motto is: no cheating?, then no veto. Let each manager try to improve their own teams however they see fit, even if you (and others) disagree.

like most say, unless it's blatantly obvious there's collusion going on, I would never vote to veto. This looks like a buy-low, sell high trade.

It is a bad trade, no doubt. I think I'd need to know more about the situation to say whether it's a veto. Wheeler's value is very high right now as he looks legit, so given that Penny has been pretty good, it might almost not be a veto. Too close to call though.

This shouldn't be vetoed. If someone badly needs pitching, or just thinks Tex won't berak out of his slump, you can't veto for that.
