I also think that Butler is more likely to make a positive impact this year than Gallardo. I've seen every one of his AB's this year, and it looks like he's been hitting major league pitching for years. I would not be surprised in the least to see him hit 310 this year.
As far as Gallardo goes, I am a huge fan, but there are a few things going against him this year. First, the Brewers' rotation is very strong, in which case Yo is only getting called up because of an injury (which you obviously can't predict...) Secondly, many young pitchers struggle initially in the bigs. If this were to happen, it may drive down the demand for him, allowing you to cash in once he gets going.
I know a lot of this is more speculation, but if you want to play the odds, Butler is much more safe, in my opinion...
