Please help me out - WHIR

I am in the first year of a 12 team H2H keeper league. I am currently in 7th place (12.5 GMs behind leader). I have yet to win a match up this season. I want to fix things now before its too late and the season is lost. Each team is allowed to keep 6 players + 2 extras as long as they havent played in 30 GMs or pitched in 10 GMs twice. If my season ended today I would be leaning towards keeping Reyes, Morneau, Ramirez, Abreu, Webb and Sheets. My 2 extra keepers would be Wood and Longoria. Now that the keeper stuff is out of the way, what should I do to improve my team? Just so you know I have MAX MOVES (66) and I have used 8 so far.
