Better 2007 numbers: Kevin Slowey or Matt Garza?

I'm in a deep 16 team keeper league where quality pitching is hard to find. I've been sitting on Garza all year, but I'm thinking Slowey will get the first callup. Neither guy will be one of my keepers, so would it be wise to drop Garza for Slowey now?

Long term Garza has the better upside, but could Slowey out perfrom him in 2007? Adam Miller is also available, but it does not look like he will crack the Tribe rotation anytime soon.

I'd take Slowey for this year. Garza has plenty still to work on and will take some time to be consistant. Garza has the higher ceiling but he has a lower floor as well. I really like Slowey....not to be a Hughes, Bailey, Lincy type but to be a very solid MLB pitcher.....similar to C. James!
