People see the walks b/c Tim has had control issues, once in a while, and I can really see him being jacked up to be pitching in front of a packed major league house for the first time. The Ks? The Phils are one of the strikeoutingest teams in MLB (#8, to be precise), and Lincecum has filthy stuff. I just see him being a bit amped, and having a bit of trouble finding the strike zone.
