Analyzing my 2 teams... continue the upswing

I was wondering if I could get some analysis going on my 2 fantasy teams this year. Both teams started of stuggling, but some small changes have at least started to turn my season around. However, I'm still looking to make some improvements.

If anyone can provide some insight in terms of how they view each of my teams, as well as where you view my largest needs for improvement and even some trade possibilities if you have any, that would be awesome as well.

Those teams look pretty good to me, unless you are in less than 12 team leagues.

Team A: I would try to sell either Kinsler or Johnson for a great closer or good SP. I would eve consider adding Bay to that trade to get a top notch offensive star. Matsui is bound to heat up.

Team B: Has a very solid offense - Atkins is bound to get hot, and I would drop one of your other 3rd baseman and go after pitchers on the WW. If Harden comes back alright, you should have plenty of Ks. A better OF than Young would help - maybe package to trade for someone more reliable such as Rios.
