Yeah they still play hockey. It's that sport that runs the same time as basketball, receives little exposure, yet is a hundred times more exciting than the NBA.

Also Mt. Mutombo and the Nuggets taking down the Sonics was a bigger upset than this.

No way. Wasn't this the first 1 that was a 7 game series?? I believe so and that puts this well over that. Dallas won 67 games this season while Seattle won 10 less. Denver had no pressure getting into the playoffs and Golden State was scratching and clawing to get in. Seattle also wasn't the favorites coming off of a near title. That was a huge upset but I would easily rank the 8-1 upsets like this:

Golden State/Dallas

Denver/Seattle







Knicks/Miami

The Knicks were no 8th seed. Circumstances and injuries caused that and they were at their best at the right time.
