May 1 Manager Jim Leyland said Monday that Guillen's right shoulder is feeling better but he is still "a little concerned about it," the Detroit Free Press reports.
Recommendation: "I'm a little concerned about it -- it does feel better, and I think it is getting better -- but there are certain times, he told me yesterday, that when he throws it feels like it's pinching," Leyland said. "That concerns me a little bit, but it is getting stronger." Leyland told reporters that there is no plan to move Guillen off shortstop to lessen the stress on his throwing arm. Guillen's fantasy owners will just have to hope the arm holds up for the season.
