hhmmm.... went 15 day DL on 4/24.... 24+6... that leaves 9... wait, I'll get this.... May 9th?

They said it was going to be 6 weeks actually

Yeah, 4-6 weeks, though I'd think an update would be coming sometime next week.

I might hafta drop him then. I've got 5 other guys for 3 DL spots, and it's not worth keeping a backup 3B for 6 weeks, when I could use the roster spot.

You should go and ask him how he's feeling, when he thinks we'll see him back? I've heard that he feels pretty good, but the organization doesn't want to rush him because the type of injury (oblique strain) is one that's very unpredictable in terms of recovery.
