What's the deal with Ryan Doumit? I remember this guy was considered a pretty solid catching prospect with good pop coming up. He was hurt off and on and shipped back and forth between AAA and the bigs the last couple years. Any reason to believe this hot start is him actually putting his tools to good use? I see he's getting starts at 1B and in RF, but obviously his greatest value would be at catcher. He was crushing AAA before coming up and starting off hot in the bigs. Anyone a Pirates fan watching him? Is his approach improved or what? Any info would be great. Thanks.
