Chris Capuano left Wednesday's game in the third inning due to a right calf contusion.
Capuano, who was hit by a line drive, pitched three scoreless innings before being replaced by Carlos Villanueva. Consider him day-to-day.
Jim Powell said on the radio broadcast that Cappy could have stayed in the game but they didn't want the muscle to tighten up. It is expected at this point that he'll make his next start.
