ok, i found it myself......
The top of the sixth ended on a strange play when Cuddyer lost his balance rounding second base on Justin Morneau's two-out single and did a forward roll before being tagged out by third baseman Ty Wigginton. Cuddyer left one inning later with a bruised back

Sports Network reports Minnesota Twins OF Michael Cuddyer (back) left the team's game early Tuesday, May 1, because of a bruised back. He was hit by a pitch in the sixth inning and later tumbled to the ground attempting to go from first to third.

Per Rotoworld:
Michael Cuddyer is day-to-day after suffering a bruised back in Tuesday's game.
"We'll go check and see how he is tomorrow," manager Ron Gardenhire said. Jason Tyner and Jason Kubel could play the outfield corners Wednesday, with Jeff Cirillo serving as the DH.
Doesn't sound too bad, so hopefully he won't miss much time.
