New players on Yahoo

I've noticed that new players on Yahoo take forever to clear waivers. Hunter Pence won't be available until May 4, even though our settings state 2 days to clear waivers. Anyone know what the settings are for new players on Yahoo? Why does it take so long for rookies to clear waivers?

it varies

sometimes they are quick getting them in there and sometimes not

pence was added tuesday and will clear 5/3 in plus leagues and 5/4 in regular leagues

so it seems 2 days for plus 3 days for free
