I am involved in a few keeper leagues and had a strong desire to start a Non-Keeper league.I have been involved in Fantasy Baseball for 9 years and have a good feeling for the important qualities of a good league.Everyone is so anxious to be in keeper leagues but a well run league where there is a new full draft every year has its advantages.

The details of the league are in the link below.I consider my self to be very knowledgable about the sport and would like those of you who consider yourselves to be Fantasy Baseball Studs to join....but I really care that those who join are passionate about Fantasy Baseball and check the Wavier Wire as frequently as I do (5 times a day).I promise a well run league.

This sounds like fun.
I took a look at your webpage and league details. The only thing I had a question on is limits on activity. Since this will be H2H, I am concerned that it might turn into a waiver league where the winner is simply the guy who rotates his SP in more than his opponent. That type of thing obviously takes away from the heart of this game. What are your feelings on this?

Excellent point...I have not been involved in leagues where people do this but it could definately be a problem.I have 2 thoughts on this:
1) Plugging in pitchers may improve win total for week but can hurt ERA and WHIP. I was actually thinking about doing away with K's and replacing with K/Walk ratio if yahoo has that stat.

2) I will set pitcher limits for all SP and RP.I will have to do some research and determine reasonable limits.

What kind of draft - auto or live? Would like to join your
league but don't have time to get involved in a live draft.

Its going to be live fast draft but consider just ranking your players if you can't be there.I have a very hectic schedule and as commish of the league I hope to be able to be at the live draft but will rank my top 250 just in case.
