Can someone give me some basic info on this kid? Is he in AAA? When is his ETA - not until 2008? Thanks.

He was the first overall draft pick in the 2005 draft (before college standouts Alex Gordon, Ryan Zimmerman, Troy Tulowitzki, and Criag Hansen all of whom have made it to the majors). He signed before the 2006 season for a record bonus of $6.1 million. He is the younger brother of D-Ray BJ Upton. Justin was a short stop that the Diamond Backs moved to center so he wouldn't be blocked by Stephen Drew. He was considered by many to be the best high school prospect since A-rod.

If he continues to hit like this there is a chance he could reach the majors sometime in 2008.
