I'm switching my keeper league to yahoo this year because tq stats is driving me nuts

does anyone know if you can override their position eligibility??

For our keeper, players maintain their old positions, (pujols at third)
but I'm not sure if they'll be able to go there

you can't do that in the free league but maybe you can in the Plus league. Anyone who played plus know?

I'm not sure if you can change a player's position or not at Yahoo. :-?

Anyone tried that before?

I've never played a Plus League on Yahoo, but I know that you can't in regular old free Yahoo.

A site that you can change position eligibilty, although it doesn't offer baseball yet, is sports.ws.

I'm in a basketball league there, and it's free, and you can have the league vote on position eligibility, how much power the commish has, etc. And it's divisional. It's also a totally different kind of fantasy league. You get 48 minutes for your centers, 96 minutes for guards, and 96 minutes for forwards. This way guys who play less minutes are still worth something because, for example, you can platoon 3 C's who play an avearge of 16 minutes each, and still be competitive with a team who has 2 C's playing 30 minutes each.

There's way too much to explain about it, so if you're interested go check it out. They have football, basketball, hockey, soccer, etc....everything except baseball (probably would be too much traffic, they rely on donations and it's not a large company with tons of sponsorships). I hope they do a baseball league for the upcoming season :-B but if not, at least Yahoo is still free.....for now. Did I just jinx it...... :-? damn :-o

I liked everything they did, except free agent/waiver transactions

their system is more confusing than quantum physics, and more or less revolves on the honor code

and anyone in here knows there is no honor in fantasy baseball

As the comish, I was constantly getting reminders from the service that a player was on two team, and complaints from my owners that they didn't get a guy the should have

it cost $100 to run the league, so the $125 for yahoo+ is no big loss, since it will save me an hour a day with the free agent system they have

I'll look into CBS as well, and see how thery compare
