Off to a very slow start, opinions on how he'll fare this season?

He lucked into a ton of RBI's last year... I don't see a repeat in his future. He'll put up manageable numbers, but there is better out there.

I also think that the Nats should move Church up in the line up, he would add a little ferociousness to the top of the line up. Maybe:
1. Felipe Lopez
2. Ronnie Belliard
3. Ryan Church
4. Ryan Zimmerman
5. Austin Kearns
6. DaMeatHook
7. Snelling
8. Schnieder
9. Pitch

didn't he get 600 at bats to hit 20 hrs? i don't see him getting 600 at bats again while batting clean up, since it's not like he hits .330+ avg like ichiro, or hacks at everything (decent walks #s).

lol you got to be kidding me.
i love posts like these. lucked into rbi's?
the line-up around him is pitiful, i doubt he gets the rbi's he did last year but i also think he will put up respectable numbers again. the kid is 22yr's old too, something alot of people forget when talking about him.

zimmer is still not looking too hot. what is his deal, just a crummy supporting cast? I think I could get him real cheap in a trade, but not even sure I should.

He's looking better this week. He's also running now. Yes he's in one of the worst lineups out there. Eventually they will put Ryan Church second, and that might help out some. They really need nick Johnson though.

He was just dropped in my shallow league. I don't have room for him or anywhere to play him, but still....

an OPS of .502 with RISP certainly doesn't help.
