31 IP 3W 22K's 3.45 ERA 1.05 WHIP

Any thoughts about him? Apparently a releiver turned starter, similary to Looper, execpt much younger. Threw a CG the other day, and seems to be pretty good.

Worth a flier in deeper leagues?

I don't see how his current success is sustainable but in a deeper league when the alternative is Odalis Perez, I don't see why not.

I remember I wasted a starting roster spot on him a couple of summers ago when he was 'supposed' to become the Reds closer.

He never recorded a single save, and old man Weathers is still around today. Too bad, the Cafe had a whole catch phrase ("Belizzle Fo' Shizzle") ready to go if he ever accomplished anything.

He's got pretty decent stuff, a little inconsistent at times, though.

I think he'll settle in as an average #4 MLB pitcher, to the tune of 9-12 wins, an ERA in the low 4's, and average K's.
