Is this guy going to get regular Ab's w/ the Tribe? I know they have a bit of crowded OF, but he is hitting pretty well right now, despite his 0-4 today....

Just a guess, but I'd expect that to get Michaels and Blake PT they'll be sitting Nixon against lefties like he did in Boston.

Trot is a useful guy to own if and only if you have very little to do during the day other than check your lineups 45 minutes in advance to make sure that everyone in your active roster is actually going to play...
In all seriousness, he probably will sit against lefties and at random other times all year long. I predict somewhere in the neighborhood of 385 ABs or so.
If you're comfortable platooning him, he'll probably hit .300 with above average Rs with avg HRs and RBIs for a #3 OF during the games he plays.

I don't see Trot as being a worthy player to own in any format. He may be fine to pick up here and there for spot starts, later down the line. The main thing with Trot is he will never have secure playing time.
