The D-Rays signed RHP Todd Jones, LHP Mike Holtz, RHP Al Reyes, RHP Carlos Reyes, C Mitch Meluskey, 3B Fernando Tatis, and 3B Jared Sandberg, all of whom are invited to spring training.

MLB.com also reports that the rays are close to getting a deal done to bring in RP Mike Williams, and that he could be signed by tuesday.
