Ryan Howard not in starting lineup

After saying yesterday that Howard would start today against Florida, Phillies manager Charlie Manuel has decided to give Howard the day off. The Phillies are facing left-hander Dontrelle Willis. Wes Helms is at first base. Aaron Rowand is in the leadoff spot.
