The Rangers are expected to announce the signings of Kenny Rogers and Jeff Nelson today.
Rogers is getting a two-year, $6 million contract. The terms of Nelson's contract aren't yet known

When Kenny Rogers is a major improovement to your staff, it is time for the organization to take a hard look in the mirror because you are very very messed up.

Too much money for Rogers, but at least he will take the mound every 5th day and keep an era around 4.

No comment on Nelson.

Closer to 4.5 on the ERA if you are lucky I should think. Doubt he repeats 2002 numbers.
