Besides having to pick up a catcher what areas do I need improvment in?

Your hitters as a whole lack power. I'd try and move one of your 11 or 12 starting pitchers for an outfielder.

Most definitely power from the outfield.

The power shortage is of course the big problem as noted.

A few suggestions to try and fix it:

Colon/Sheets + Lofton/Crisp for a power OF
Colon/Sheets + Meche for a power anything
Kinsler for a power Third Baseman

I think you can easily spare a few Starting Pitchers, and someone out there probably needs some Stolen Bases in the case of Lofton/Crisp.

I really don't think Kinsler will keep it up into the year, so a more steady player may be more helpful, especialy while Kinsler is at his peak value.

Find a way to add power to your lineup. Maybe dropping a starter and picking up a solid player that has power.
