Not to disrespect his fans & what Clemens has done in the past, I hope that EDIT egomaniac comes back and implodes. He hasn't pitched in the AL in 4 years & his ERA was over 4.0.

I still think he's Boston or Houston.... he would fit it nicely with the BoSox to make a dominant pitching roster...

Clemens
Schilling
Beckett
Dice-K
Wakefield

Thats championship pitching... and with the way Boston is playing right now, may be his best shot for another championship.

With the Yanks completely healthy...

Clemens
Moose
Pettitte
Wang
Hughes (Igawa)

I just don't see the dominance in that rotation.

And Houston is where his heart is, and a terrible division.

I'm sick of Clemens & any team that will make an idiotic deal with him.His contracts the last 2 years puts HIM over the team. Not good for chemistry.Besides, all that $$$ the Stro's gave him & still no World Series.

One of these days some team is gonna get burned badly by Clemens. I hope that day comes sooner rather than later. :-D

If he wants the best chance to win, he'll be a member of the Sox. But we'll see I suppose.

Bogus info in the title of this post and the content is old. There are plenty of Clemens threads already:

How about removing this post?

I'd put my money on him going to the Yanks. They need the pitching, money isn't an issue, and Pettite and him are BFF ;-)

In NYC, he'll never have to worry about not pitching a playoff game if he blows a few starts. Boston can run several guys out there before Clemens...
