I'm playing in a 9 team 5x5 roto league. We are all rookie owners. I'm wondering how many HR, RBIs, run, sb, wins, so, etc. will generally win a category?

that depends entirely on your roster specifications. i.e. how many catchers, 1bs, outfielders....and so on and so forth. post that and it will be easier to give an estimate, and even then it is really tough to tell.
