I dont know but i hope he heats up soon. My team is getting killed with alfonso soriano, carlos delgado, lance berkman, and andruw jones all off to slow starts and troy glaus injured.
I was just going to ask the same question. I have him on my team and this is getting old.....hitting cleanup batting .195 with 1 hr on one of the highest scoring teams isn't cutting it. He has Reyes, Loduca and Beltran hitting before him and these guys are getting on base. He has great protection behind him with Wright. I am really considering picking up Mike Jacobs of Florida and benching Delgado. I mean being in a slump for a week or two is one thing but a month long slump is something else.
I have Delgado pegged as one of the league's best buy low candidates - as long as he continues to bat clean up for the Mets, his first 12 RBI week MUST be just around the corner...
