I basically think of the Mods as the police, as was said earlier. I may subconsciously hold them in a higher standard, but all the same, I try to view everyone's replies the same.

We've got a great bunch of guys here, and as I've said before, I'd rather not be a moderator. I'm much better off just being DK, not DK the moderator. ;-D

It is my opinion though, that we are only a small part of the equation.....with out the great post from all you you....our site would not exist.....Thanks..... ;-D
