I would think that if it were blood, it would turn brown as it aged whereas if it were paint it would still be the same shade of red. Has anybody seen the sucker at the HOF?

aahhhhh: "Horn's report: "Even in looking at it this morning, it is a light brown that has faded into the fabric, which you'd expect from blood."

Yeah, it turned brown. It was blood. Does this have to turn into CSI Cooperstown? What he did was nothing short of a miracle and without him there is no championship.
Thorne apologized before the game today and cleared it up with Mirabelli. He said he misunderstood Mirabelli. Hasnt apologized to Schill but may later.
Apparently, Thorne and Mira both worked it out during today's game between the O's and the Sox. Misunderstanding was the apparent reason for the flub by Thorne. I don't like Schilling much, but it seems highly unlikely that he'd paint his sock, send it to the Hall of Fame and risk getting caught.
Curt issued a $1 million dollar challenge to anyone saying it was fake.
from his blog:
"I’ll wager 1 million dollars to the charity of anyones choice, versus the same amount to ALS. If the blood on the sock is fake, I’ll donate a million dollars to that persons charity, if not they donate that amount to ALS.
Any takers?"
Im thinking of calling him and challenging. Good idea?

So you like to make up things about people you dont like. Nothing Schilling's ever done is as abd as that.
