If I remember right, he was the lead off man for the O's last year when he stole 45 bags. Is that right? Now he is batting 8th. I am curious what this will do to his SB projections. He currently has 4 SBs but obviously his opportunities should go down right? Just trying to decide if this is the first guy to leave my roster when I get some DLs back. Advice?

I am looking at the same thing. I like the SB but right now he is doing nothing and not getting on base. I think I am going to cut him loose when Kendrick comes back if I can stomach his play that long.

But Patterson has 7 walks this year. 21 ALL of last year. Someone dropped him in my league and I'm grabbing him if he clears waivers.

I can remember just a few years ago when Patterson was a rising star in both reality and fantasy. I honestly thought he was going to be an elite 30-30 guy for a long time, but it just hasn't happened. He had a horrendous year 2 years ago, that just killed fantasy owners and the Cubs especially, and he seemed to have rebounded a bit last year. I wouldn't expect a whole lot, but I could see 30-35 steals and 20 homers this year.
