I was about to make a post about how it's hard to argue with his 9.90 ERA and 1.90 WHIP, and that it's only a matter of time that he loses the job. But...
In his 9 save opportunities this year, he's actually been decent. 3.24 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, 5 BB, 11 K, 8 SV, 1 BS. Not the greatest numbers in the world, but not that bad. Granted, his one huge blowup against the Yankees did cost the Indians the game, but they kept him in for too long when he was absolutely gassed.
Regardless, both Cabrera and Betancourt are putting up great numbers thus far and are definitely worth keeping an eye on, or even picking up if you have room and want a little help with ratio categories.
