My team needs help, don't really know why

My offense, despite getting all my early picks, has been horrible. My pitching has been decent but not great. This is a non-keeper league.

It is a tough league to trade in, but is there anything I should be going after? I feel like my best bet is to be patient and wait for my power guys to come around, as Tex/Berkman/Sexson and even Burrell haven't done much.

Also, I'm thinking about moving Felix to the DL and dropping Rivera and picking up a FA. Top FA's: BJ Upton, JJ Hardy, Barfield Raul Ibanez, Braden Looper, Ramon Ortiz, Lincecum, Hughes, Clemens (I feel like I can wait on him a little longer, while I figure out if Wainright/James are the real deal or not).

My current thinking is to add another sleeper pitcher like Looper, and give Wainright one more chance to prove himself. Then look to add the Rocket.

Yeah, your big guys are slumping now but I would wait it out a little. The thing about getting Upton is that he would fill pretty much the same role as Lugo (multiple position eligibility) so think about swapping Lugo for him.

Looper has been awesome so far, I think he's worth a spot.

Another power outfielder wouldn't hurt, but once Tex gets going it should even out.

I decided to take the chance on Looper. I agree that my power's lacking a bit (I have too many leadoff hitters). I've been trying to put together a package for Sheffield but no luck. Any struggling 3-4-5 hitters that might be decent buy low candidates who I could get without a tremendous overpayment (maybe Granderson and a pitcher). Ichiro, for whatever the reason, doesn't have much value in this league and won't get me decent value.
