What's available on the WW? Your SP looks good. You need a closer or two, and some help at 2B/SS.
C Napoli 1B Hafner 2B Uggla 3B Upton SS Mig. Tejada
OF Juan Pierre, Sizemore, Wells UTIL Carlos Peña BN Swisher, Glaus
SP James Shields, Clemens, Lackey, Oliver Pérez, Maine, Webb, Lincecum
RP Nathan, Mo Rivera, Al Reyes

I would dump Junior for Freel or Hill

I think Greene is an uprade at SS over Crosby

Personally, I like having a solid middle reliever or two to help out with ERA and WHIP during the week. Out of the guys available, Meredith, Linebrink, and Turnbow should help you out there. I would drop James, or Gorz once he starts to come back to Earth.

Hopefully that helps

This team is obviously not great, but can be fixed. I think you need to get some Griffeys and Aurilias off the team, even trade a SP to get a solid bat every now and then,

I like Hill this year - that offense is loaded and he seems to be very comfortable at the plate right now. You might want to keep an eye on Reyes too - he might be worth an add, although you would probably have to drop a guy like James to do it.

Also, you might want to look at adding a 1B and playing Wiggington at 2nd. There should be some better quality there then at MI.
