Where do I go from here? Help!

I'm in a 12-team, mixed, 6X6 (OBP, holds) and have been bouncing between first and second place since opening day. With that said, I'm waiting for the wheels to fall off. In some cases, a handful of my good players aren't hitting yet (which gives me some hope), but some guys might be playing over their heads.

Any advice on how to make this team better? I have one owner mulling Abreu or Dunn (I'd receive) for Sheffield and C. Cordero.
