BA did one a few months back. It was in December I believe. I wouldn't go by them though, as they are very outdated.

I wouldn't say December is outdated considering that most minor leaguers have only played a handful of games and the draft has yet to take place. In July BA's rankings will be outdated, but right now the are pretty close to up to the minuet. (except that maybe Josh Hamilton would boost the Red's rank a few spots.)
