DL$$$ count?TQ Stats

We are having some problems with TQ stats. Before this year players on the DL never counted against your salary. This year they are added in. Do you guys allow teams to go over budget because of players on the DL. Free agents are $10 so it adds up fast if you get three or four players injured.
