First team ever

My friends convinced me to join their ESPN Fantasty League and since I like gambling and have somewhat of a clue about baseball I joined in with them.

It's a Head to Head League, 10 starters, 7 pitchers, 5 bench spots and a DL.

I've been pretty consistent with my pitching but my offense has been really sluggish. I know Konerko isnt off to the best start and Matsui has been hurt but are there any really awful holes here? And what would be my best move to improve?

I need to know how many teams are in your league.

At first glance, you need a SS. Try and trade one of your OFs for one.
