FYI...from Rotoworld:
Blue Jays transferred LHP B.J. Ryan from the 15- to the 60-day disabled list.
The Jays said 4-6 weeks initially, but it was obvious right away that it'd be six at least. Now it's going to be at least eight, as he won't be eligible to return before mid-June. Jason Frasor is is filling in as the Jays' closer.
Time to drop him if you have no DL spots?

I picked up Frasor as soon as B.J. left the game. WOOHOO
However, sorry to all of you owners out there... this hurts.

I got lucky...I tried to trade for BJ Ryan a couple times before the season started, but the owner just wouldn't give him up. I bet he feels some major regret right now.

I sure did. He struggled before the injury and now is out until the end of June! If I had a DL slot to spare I'd keep him - and once both Ramon Hernandez and Troy Glaus return, I WILL have a slot that I might use if I can still grab Ryan. I just think he's a waste of a slot right now...
