Live scoring / Stat-tracker option?

Yahoo is unfortunately very bland when it comes to displaying stats for each manager though... Imagine if someone like Google ran a fantasy league... you'd have all kinds of graphs, averages for each position, standard deviation etc. If it weren't for the licensing fees required to have fantasy leagues I would like to see some programmers get together and make something truly better.

Right on. The stat licensing fees are the barrier.

Greasemonkey-like scripts are the second best option for enhancing a fantasy league manager. But, you're exactly right.

Do you know what the cost is for licensing live stats?

Actually from what I am reading the licensing isn't the issue: http://baseball.about.com/b/2007/06/16/ ... antasy.htm

The only raw source I have found freely available on the web so far is XML files from mlb.com... I remember finding at least 1 live database with a subscription fees but I don't remember how much it was
