How can I improve?

I tend to play with the philosophy of loading up on pitchers and having minimal hitters. I feel like my 2 weaknesses are HR and RBI. Also, is Clemens worth holding on to? Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Clemens is worth holding onto...look to trade Lee to open up spot for Konerko (he'll come around), and focus on trading Hamilton at high (yes, I know it's a keeper, but you may be able to pull someone very good for him now)

I'd look at packaging Hamilton and Lee for a slumping stud (like Berkman or Manny) for the OF, maybe move for kendrick for cheap (Kent's old for keeper), etc.

Otherwise, love the team, especially the pitching...good luck!

Hang to Clemens, D. Lee and Hamilton could fetch something really good out there maybe like a Jason Bay. I would pick up Broxton if you can to back up Saito.
