How Early To Take Lars Anderson

I am currently in the 4th round of a 16 team minor draft. and I am looking to take guys that are farther away in regards to ETA, but also who have higher upside. With pick 62 i plan to take Joel Guzman if he continues to slip, if not i am looking at betances or guerra. would the 5th round pick # 79 be too early for Lars Anderson, or should i take him with the 62nd pick?

I'd rather have Angel Villalona or Chris Permelee at that spot. I also wouldn't take Joel Guzman. He is looking like a bust right now.
