need help converting VOB file to WMV

need help converting VOB file to WMV

I tried a "google" search as well as a few programs. However, everything i've tried will only transfer half of the video or transfer the video with a watermark over the picture. You have to pay for the entire video or to have the watermark removed.

Does anybody know of a free software that will do the entire picture for me w/out a watermark? I need the file in wmv format so that I can include it in a powerpoint presentation for a project tomorrow.
