I agree with a lot of the posts before...you should trade a good pitcher (since you are deep) to get younger and less injury risk in your offensive categories.

WELL YOUR PITCHING IS PRETTY GOOD, YOUR BATTING ON THE OTHER HAND FOR A 10 TEAM LEAGUE IS PRETTY BAD, HOWEVER IF YOU THINK AROUND 65 SB FOR THE SEASON MAKES YOU OK THEN MAYBE THIS YEAR WILL BE A LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR YOU, GOOD LUCK AND LEARN TO ACCEPT ADVICE

Well luckily for you cocky kids out there, my team is in first place so quit the "oh my team is so much better than yours" stuff, I asked for advice on my team, not compare it with your ignorance. Get real.

Your hitting is weak. Power #s way down.
Starting pitching is good, but the end of the rotation is very questionable.
You need more closers.

You have so many holes on this team I dont even know how to start to improve.
